The Magical Carpet
Chapter 1
It was a beautiful summer's day in New Zealand and a beautiful couple call Kevin King and Kyla King were walking through an alleyway a day after there wedding, They were talking about their honeymoon, They both were very excited.
As they were walking they stumbled upon an ordinary carpet so they thought. The carpet was very beautiful and did feel or look like other carpets they have ever seen before. Kevin walked to the carpet and rolled it a to take it home.
They walk through 3 blocks and finally made it home. Kyla moved some of the things in the middle of their living room so then Kevin lied it on the ground. And they both sat on it. They both were talking some more about their honeymoon, Kyla got up and grabbed some food 2 pillows and a blanket, and then grabbed Their puppy called Fluffy and their kitten called Mr Cuddles, Kevin and Kyla always wanted to go to Las Vegas but they didn’t have enough money to afford to go so they just stayed in New Zealand.
They all had some delicious food to eat and they all fell asleep.
Chapter 2
The sky was dark and they were in the middle of nowhere. Kyla felt the bursting cold wind against her face as she was sleeping. She sat up looking around but couldn’t see really well because her eyes were blurry. Her eyes finally went back to normal and then she noticed that she is in the middle of the ocean on a carpet that is flying so she started screaming until Kevin woke up, That didn’t take him long to wake up. He looked around and noticed the same thing Kyla did but he didn’t scare he only freaked out, As he was freaking out he was pushing himself back almost falling off. They both were talking to each other wondering where they were going. Just as they were talking they heard an unfamiliar voice. They heard it again but they both knew it was very close. They crawled one side to another and then finally heard the voice, the voice was coming from the front of the carpet, there also was a face. Kevin and Kyla were both were skoted by the carpet they asked who the carpet was. “ Who are you” said Kyla
Who me I’m the Magical Talking Carpet that you had found in the alleyway” said the carpet “ Where are you taking us” said Kevin “ I’m talking you to you dream, I’m taking you to you honeymoon” said the carpet “ What do you mean you're taking us to our honeymoon” Kevin Replied “ I’m taking you to Las Vegas, I heard you two talking about it okay, NOW be quiet I’m try to fly you guys to Las Vegas
As they were flying The Magical Carpet didn’t notice that there was a long pole with a long pointy spike, And then The Magical Carpet ended up ripping in half straight through the middle. They all fell into the water screaming. Kevin could see an island not that far from where they were so Kevin grabbed the two parts of The Magical Carpet so then Kyla carried Fluffy and Mr Cuddles and they both started swimming to the island. As they were swimming they both felt a little scared because they didn’t know what we on that island, They also didn’t know if that island was safe, By it was the only safe thing around them so they continued swimming. They had finally made it to the mystery island. As they were carrying everything they looked around, There we lots of trees and lots of crabs. Kyla could see something through the trees. “ Kevin can you see that it looks a bit like a house or something” said Kyla “ What I don’t see anything” Kevin replied “ OMG It’s right there, Oh never might just follow me okay” Kyla said with a moaning voice
Chapter 3
As Kyla showed Kevin the house or cottage type of building. Kyla went to go put Mr Midnight and Mr Cuddles down but they were too scared to go onto the ground so she just continued to hold them in her arms. They start to walk to the closed door as Kevin went to open the door, the door swished open with a bang at the end, “ I don’t want to go in there, what if someone is in there” said Kyla “ I going to be alright, I’ll protect you okay” Kevin said “ Okay, Thanks Kevin, Please make sure you do protect me from whatever is in there” said Kyla
Kevin went in the house while Kyla stayed outside with the carpet and Mr Midnight and Ms Cuddles. Kevin could see lots of things that didn’t look like they have been there for along time. It looked like someone lives in the house but has left to go do something. Kevin could see lots of food, safely kit and a needle and some wool. “ Kyla come inside it nice and warm and there is no one in here, this place is so cool” said Kevin with excitement Kyla walked curiously. She looked around, seeing lots of amazing things “ Kyla come over here” said Kevin “What is it Kevin, do you need my help or something” replied Kyla “Well yes, I found some wool and a needle you can stitch the carpet but together” said Kevin “ You guys know I have a name right” said the carpet “ Yeah we know that but it more similar’ said Kevin. Kyla grabbed the wool and needle and started to stitch him back together. The Magical Carpet start to fly with excitement and hopefulness. Kevin grabbed a bag and filled it up with food for them to eat and just incase the safely kit. Just as Kyla, Kevin, Cuddles and Midnight went to aboard the carpet, Crabs, Monkeys, Birds and Turtles started to hurt, chase them, They all started to run everywhere trying to go after them, Kevin and Kyla try to fight them off for a bit but then they go hurt to much they had to start running again. They quickly hopped on to the carpet and start to fly away, They all were very tired, hungry and very hurt. Kevin grabbed out the safely kit and started patch up everyone. As he finished putting on some plasters, He started to pull out all the food, they all were very hungry and very happy they had some food.
It took them 3 days to get to Las Vegas and most of that time they just slept and ate some food. They and finally made it to Las Vegas, They all were very excited but they didn’t know how they were going to afford to rent in a hotel, or be able to go to all of the places they wanted to go for there honeymoon.
“Carpet we don’t have any money to be able to go to any of the places we wanted to go to and we also can even rent out a hotel either” said Kevin with an upsetting look on his face “That's alright, I’m going to pay for everything okay, I am magical remember” Carpet relied joyfully.
Kyla and Kevin King both stayed in Las Vegas for one month, going to all of the places they wanted too. They went to Disneyland, Hershey’s Chocolate World, The Movies and many more places they have went to.
Kevin King and Kyla King had an amazing honeymoon with the carpet, Mr Midnight and Mr Cuddles. If they had never found the carpet, they would of never been able to go on there honeymoon. So since once there honeymoon finished The Magical Carpet had to go live his life.
So now since that day they meet The Magical Carpet they were alway grateful for what they had, they were so thankful for the beautiful gift they had been from the most wonderful carpet ever The Magical Carpet.
